DHL

Over the last few weeks DHL has caused us a great deal of grief. They have
attempted merging some of their hubs together and have caused mass delays
and many DOA orders. I am so sorry for that.

Because of the mass delays we have been hit with hundreds of e-mails. I
cannot, of course, answer them all in a timely manner and need your help in
resolving your issues.

Please e-mail us back at you have received or are still missing your orders
from the 12th through present  email here.  If you can include an invoice number that
will be helpful. All reships will be done on the 4th. When e-mailing
please let me know if you would like a reship or a refund for the order
missing. thanks and have a great day.

Yes. This was just an issue when they first did it. Hopefully they've worked out the kinks.

I have never received my package, they never responded my emails or voicemails, only respons was when i did claim with paypal.I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM WORMMAN,they are disrespectful and all they care is money,of course they have that fake add like all other companies "our customers,blablabla

I'm very disappointed with the lack of response regarding a confirmed order of March 28,2007. No order received, no response to numerous messages left on their customer service answering service, which is located in New Jersey. They answer in person to take an order in Arkansas and offer no/little assistance in contacting the company direct. Too bad as I had good exeperience in previous years of ordering. I'll probably end up in small claims court to get a refund.

Placed an order and over 2 weeks later i still have never recieved the order or heard from anyone even after sending emails. Very poor service. will never order here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Do some research first--you will find MULTIPLE complaints about orders never shipped MONTHS after payment.

This doesn't happen that many times accidentally.

I ordered 1000 mealworms in August 2008. it is now almost exactly 3 months later, and I have no worms, my money is gone, and these people WILL NOT RESPOND TO INQUIRIES!!

Please, take your business elsewhere. These people are a rip-off.

I ordered from them in the past and they have always made good on the orders. Sometimes it did take awhile to get my stuff. I placed an order in October and still have not received it or my money back or any response to my many emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I also have not recieved my order, no response, but they took my money in September in about 10 minutes. I am letting all the rehabbers I work with know about this so no one else will get ripped off. The phone number is now disconnected and they don't return messages. I am in the process of filing a small claims action against this company. Hopefully it will stop someone else from getting ripped off

I have placed a total of 3 orders with wormman (aka ken).. the first order i recieved timely and 95% alive...second time the overnight shipping tuned into 2.5 WEEKS!! The third time I have never recieved shipment or the refund they guarenteed....Fraudulant as far as I"m concerned!!!
